Marlborough, MA, USA - Combine the module with our quickDAQ application and get out-of-the-box with this new Data Translation DAQ module. Guaranteed!
The DT9832 is a family of high speed, high performance USB data acquisition modules that provide simultaneous analog input operation at up to 2.0 MHz per channel.
Each analog input has its own A/D converter to eliminate phase shift between channels and to allow you to correlate measurements at the exact same instant in time.
Additionally, all functions of the module (A/D, D/A, DIO, C/T, Q/D) can be triggered simultaneously and the data streamed synchronously to host memory.

Warrington PA, USA –– Tiger Optics announced at SEMICON West 2008 the launch of its flagship product for cleanroom applications, the Tiger-i™.
With absolute accuracy and immediate, calibration-free analysis, the Tiger-i line of analyzers provides a superior approach to monitoring cleanroom ambient air for gas phase airborne molecular contaminants (AMCs) that increasingly compromise manufacturing process quality and yield.
Joining the award-winning line of Tiger Optics’ analyzers, the Tiger-i line employs Tiger Optics’ exclusively patented Continuous Wave Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CW-CRDS).

ULM, GERMANY -- The alpha500 is a revolutionary new microscope system that combines, for the first time, Confocal Raman Microscopy for chemical 3-D imaging and Atomic Force Microscopy for structural surface imaging in an automated system for large samples.
It enables the automated execution of predefined measurement sequences on an arbitrary, user-defined number of sample positions for the most comprehensive, non-destructive and rapid sample analysis without any online process control by an operator.
The automation and the fast image acquisition capabilities reduce the overall experiment duration or allow more samples to be measured in a given time for improved utilization of the overall measurement resources.

Warminster PA, USA - From ABB Instrumentation comes the following application story about improved measurement resulting in improved control of an industrial process.
Problem: An electromagnetic flowmeter on a three-inch line measuring catalyst slurry containing 30% solids continually produced erratic and erroneous flow readings, thwarting flow control efforts.
The plant maintenance group, responsible for all plant instrumentation, tried various methods to correct magmeter performance with no success. Meanwhile, operation under automatic control was impossible.

In doing so, we have given many people the opportunity to have their sample materials measured, with a basic analysis of the measurement data, and a recommendation of suitable Specim technology, appropriate for their unique measurement applications.
That endeavour has turned out to be incredibly popular.
The successful launch of SisuCHEMA at Analytica was a unique milestone for the Chemical Imaging community. We received many visitors, from a variety of application areas, who came to take a closer look at this ground-breaking technology.
With a successful product launch behind us, and having some moments for a breath, we thought it would be a great time to tell you that we cordially invite you to either:
